Losing my vision

Took this photo at work, then manipulated it until it looked how I see.

I think I've explained about my vision problems. If not I'll tell you. My vision's been crap since I was a kid, got glasses at age five.
One summer I took some LSD and since then things have looked like this, but most prominently in dark or dimly lit places. In brighter atmospheres, things look more normal.
All solid colors are made up of dots, like sand or snow. Frequently things will have glowing or different colored edges, especially if I stare at them.
If I'd bothered to animate it I'd have stuck in some floaters! They look like flying insects.

For the most part my vision doesn't impair functioning, since I'm used to it. The only time it truly bothers me is when drawing, it's becoming increasingly difficult to focus my eyes properly for it.
